Terms and Conditions — Jellybdt

1. Introduction

Jellybdt (jellybdt.org) is one of Bangladesh's most popular online gaming platforms. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Jellybdt and its users. By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the Jellybdt platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all Jellybdt gaming services, promotional offers, payment processes, and customer support operations. Jellybdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the Jellybdt platform. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also form part of these terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register on the Jellybdt platform and use our gaming services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your country of residence.
• You must register as an individual, not as a corporate entity.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Online gaming must be legal under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Users whose accounts have been previously closed by Jellybdt are not permitted to re-register.

During registration, you may be required to provide documents to verify your identity. Jellybdt reserves the right to approve or reject any registration.

3. Account Management

Your Jellybdt account is entirely your responsibility. You are required to keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Jellybdt customer support immediately.

You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. Jellybdt accepts no liability for account use by third parties. Failure to maintain accurate account information, or providing false information, may result in your account being suspended or closed.

• Never share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• Keep your account email address active and up to date at all times.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Jellybdt supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit amount is set by Jellybdt and is subject to change.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours after verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until your identity has been verified.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — funds may only be withdrawn to your own account.
• Jellybdt follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and complies with its legal obligation to report suspicious transactions.
• No hidden charges; however, fees from your payment provider may apply.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Jellybdt offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• Each promotion may only be used once, unless stated otherwise.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Jellybdt reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, Jellybdt's decision shall be considered final.

If any evidence of Bonus Abuse is found, Jellybdt reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings from the account, and to permanently close the account.

6. Gaming Policy

All games on Jellybdt use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, verified by third-party auditors. This means every outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone.

• If a game is interrupted due to a software error or technical issue, Jellybdt will resolve the situation based on the game state at the time of the interruption.
• In the event of any dispute over game outcomes, Jellybdt's server logs will be considered the definitive record.
• The use of auto-betting bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Match fixing or the use of insider information in Sports Betting is strictly prohibited.

7. Responsible Gaming

Jellybdt is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We are dedicated to the wellbeing and peace of mind of all our players.

• Set your own deposit limits, session limits, and betting limits.
• Cool-off period or permanent self-exclusion options.
• Our support team is trained to identify signs of gaming addiction.
• We enforce age verification to prevent minors from accessing gaming services.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jellybdt platform:

• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or breach the platform's security.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information or documents.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Using software or strategies to manipulate game outcomes.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.

9. Account Suspension or Closure

Jellybdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of Terms violations. Upon account closure:

• Any legitimate funds remaining in the balance may be returned once the verification process is complete.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonuses and associated winnings will be considered void.
• Users may also request account closure at any time.

10. Changes to Terms & Effectiveness

Jellybdt reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you via your registered email or a platform announcement. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will first be directed to Jellybdt customer support for resolution. Legal disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated in January 2026. Jellybdt is always committed to providing the best experience for its users, and these Terms are a reflection of that commitment.
